Step 1: Ideate
Take your inspiration and turn them into custom designs. We work with you to select colour, fibre, size, construction and weight and finishing.
Step 2: Customize
Here’s your chance to tweak the design direction and make customisation on colour options to achieve the perfect design.
Step 3: Create
CREATE From the impression, a small piece of sample will be made for you to confirm colour selection, finishing and quality – and thereafter final approval.
Step 4: Complete
The design will be tufted to create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Quality control checks are also done at this stage to ensure a superior product.
Typical production timeline for custom carpets can be anything from 10 to 20 weeks depending on quantity, design complexity and finishing requests.
